There is a shared swimming pool with panoramic views. You can reach the historic city of Florence easily and quickly. Lake Bilancino has a pebble beach. You can enjoy windsurfing and take windsurfing lessons. You can also rent bikes. The apartment is conveniently near the motorway exit so it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The Designer outlet store with over 80 fashion shops featuring top brands is five minutes away by car.
