Lovely detached house with private swimming pool. near Lucca. The house is a traditional Tuscan farmhouse. built circa 1840. It is cozy and comfortably furnished with antiques from the region. Large well-equipped kitchen.There is also a wooden house (luxury cabin) in the garden of approx 20m2. with 2 sleeping possibilities. TV and DVD it s very funny for children from 12 years.The Mediterranean garden is about 1500m2. and well maintained. The pool is 10x5m and 1.65 m deep. The garden has two terraces and a place for sunbathing.This house is in one of the finest points of Tuscany. between Lucca and Pisa. It is a walk of 800m to the center of Sant Maria del Giudice. where a bakery. butcher. supermarket and a typical Italian bar for a delicious cappuccino or a cold prosecco to find.
