Farm estate Azienda Agricola La Fornace (40 ha) is situated near to the small village of Ghivizzano, north of Lucca, in the Garfagnana area. Surrounded by large areas with trees, vineyards and olive trees there are 3 houses, totally renovated, belonging to a larger complex in a quiet and panoramic position, 300 m above sea level. The farm produces wines, olive oil, fruit and vegetables plus a little stock farm. There is a communal swimming pool, sunshades, deck chairs, barbecue for shared use. Private outdoor areas too. One of the big outbuildings has been divided into 2 apartments, while 'Frutteto' and 'Olivo' are detached houses with independent entrance and private garden. For shared use: natural state grounds with plants, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, 01.06.-14.09.). Garden furniture, barbecue, parking in the grounds. Frutteto is a 3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor, rustic furnishings: living room with 1 double sofa bed and open fireplace. Kitchenette. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace with furniture, barbecue. Nice panoramic view. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private, furnished outdoor area. The double sofa bed in the living room can be booked as 2 extra beds (at extra cost). Excursions by mountain bikes, on foot or horse riding. Swimming-towels available for the clients (extra).
