Located 700 metres from the centre of Taormina, Le Grand Soleil features a large sun terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. It is approximately 11 km from the town’s popular beaches. Rooms have a rustic style and offer wrought iron beds, satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Each room has direct access to the shared sun terrace, where an Italian-style breakfast is served each morning. Grand Soleil B&B is a 15-minute drive from the Ancient Theatre of Taormina, and a 45-minute drive from Messina. During summer, a shuttle bus to and from the beach is available on request. The property is situated in a raised area, and is accessible via a long flight of steps.
