The apartment house with two storeys is situated 4 km from the centre of Sciacca and 800 m from the sea. The two-bedroom apartment of 60 m2 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five persons. The living/dining room has a TV and a double sofa bed. The kitchenette with dining table is equipped with four hotplates, an oven and freezer. Enjoy view of the countryside from the partly covered terrace of 30 m2. There is one double bedroom and one room with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. For shared use: grounds of 1000 m2 with plants, flowers and trees. An outside shower is available, just as public parking on the road. The distance to the grocers and a supermarket is 4 km. There are restaurants in 3 km and a bus stop in 1 km. Please note that the owner lives in the same residence. Sciacca is a small town with interesting medieval buildings and a residential area built in Arabian style.
