Enjoy your evening after a beach day in the spacious patio of this house surrounded by a garden filled with colourful flowers. The house is just 20 metres from Ispica’s coast and beautiful beaches.

The main entrance will take you directly in the spacious living and dining area, where there is a central dining table allowing you to enjoy your typical Sicilian meal whilst enjoying the garden views. The corner kitchenette is pink and the walls are painted in a light shade of purple, and to top off your evening you can relax on the sofa and watch a DVD on the flat-screen TV, or unwind with some music by using the CD player.

A spiral staircase located in the kitchen area takes you upstairs, where you will find a bathroom and the 3 colourful bedrooms where spherical-shaped lamps create a cosy atmosphere. The patio is furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, as well as benches where you can enjoy an al-fresco nap or read. A natural fence is
created by trees scattered around the garden, so you can enjoy using the BBQ facilities and your meal with all the privacy you may need.

Treat yourself with a gastronomic tour to Modica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its chocolate produced with an ancient and original Aztec recipe. The Baroque city of Ragusa, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, can be reached in a 50-minute drive.

You can bring your own bed linen or rent them on site. Please inform Marispica in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
