This villa is situated on the slopes of Mount Pizzo Teleffio, which overlooks the town of Castellammare del Golfo. The villa, surrounded by a garden, is positioned on various levels. It includes a large living area of which the windows provide a sea view. Outside, apart from the terraces and relaxation areas you will find a barbecue corner. The villa is approximately 2 km from the town of Castellammare and 5km approximately from Scopello and the Zingaro nature reserve.
