Turismo Rurale Fontanavena is set on the remains of a fortified farmhouse of the 17th century, set on a hill with views of the Aeolian Islands and Cape Milazzo. Patti Beach and the Sanctuary of Tindari are 12 km away. The various building comprising the Fontanavena are connected by paths going through the gardens. Guests can use a free outdoor swimming pool, the free tennis court, and the free children's playground. All rooms overlook the garden, and some have views of the Mediterranean Sea at the horizon. Each unit is complete with a private bathroom, a satellite TV, and independent heating. Some rooms are air-conditioned. The restaurant with bar specialises in Mediterranean cuisine. It is open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a reservation is required.
