This is a 5-room, semi-detached villa 350 m² on 2 levels, in the centre of Canneto, in a sunny position, 10 m from the sea, with a private outside shower. It has two double bedrooms, each room with a bathroom and a fan, on the ground floor, whilst on the upper floor, there's a large living room with open fireplace and satellite-TV, two double bedrooms, each room with a bathroom and fan and a kitchen with dining table. The property has a furnished terrace, a small patio and it provides guests with a view of the sea. Shops and grocers can be found 50 m away, supermarkets 20m and restaurants 100m away.
