The apartment building has got 3 floors, renovated in 2007, situated in the resort 1 km from the centre of Giardini Naxos, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea. This is a 2-room apartment 45 m2 on 2nd floor, fully renovated in 2010, with practical and modern furnishings. There is a living/sleeping room with 1 double sofa bed and flat screen TV. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, freezer and with dining table. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. Balcony 8 m2 with terrace furniture and a view of the sea and the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool angular (20 x 7 m, 15.06.-30.08., extra). In the complex: reception, shops, boutique, kiosk. Parking in the grounds, individual garage (for extra cost). Shop, supermarket 800 m, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Giardini Naxos" 2 km, sandy beach 200 m, shingle beach 300 m. Please note: entertainment in high season. The complex has night security. Nightclub/disco 500 m from the property.
