Single-family house. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Avola, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea. For shared use: grounds 2'000 m2 (fenced). Outside shower, terrace (80 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Parking in the grounds. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 20 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. Surrounded by the green garden and ornamental plants and direct access to the sandy beach through the private gate from the sun terrace of the 80m2 with the beach umbrellas, tables, sunbeds and the shower that clients can use. Excursions on the motorboats (extra), fishing (extra). 3-room house 50 m2, on the ground floor, practical furnishings: living/dining room 16 m2. Exit to the veranda. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 hotplates, oven, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. View of the sea, the garden and the countryside. The private shower is situated in a closed room outside the house.
