Semi-independent apartment located in Is Arenas at about 800 m from the sea. The property is completely surrounded by a forest of eucalyptus trees and has a shared entrance with the bottom floor apartment. You have access to the property through the stairs on the side. As you enter your apartment there s a terrace and a large outdoor area with tables and chairs in front of the forest. The apartment of 65 square meters has a spacious living room with kitchen and an area with double sofa bed. In the lower floor there is a double bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. The stairs lead to a loft where this another double bed. The apartment is sheltered by trees so thatit remains dry in winter and cool in the hot summerdays.
