The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century. It was restored, but did not lose its original character. The grounds around the house are partly fenced and mostly wooded with oak trees and mediterranean vegetation. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Ostuni, in a quiet position, 9.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. Country house "Casina Lamacoppa" 5-room house 120 m2, on the ground floor: living/dining room with TV. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double sofa bed. 1 double bedroom. Gallery with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Large patio. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, telephone (extra), iron. There is a water pump in 1 of the 3 single rooms, behind the door, which could be a disturbance when the water flows. The bedroom with the double pull out bed is accessible from the inside and outside of the house though separate entrances. There is another kitchenette (2 hot plates). Private: grounds 5 ha with lawn. Barbecue, parking by the house. Grocers 4 km, sandy beach 11 km. Please note: car essential.
