Old house "Il Trullo", renovated in 2002, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Cisternino, 25 km from the beach, located by a road, in the countryside. 5-room house on the ground floor, nice furnishings: living/dining room with 2 double sofas beds. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Patio, garden, lawn. Terrace furniture. View of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking space n 4 (fenced). 1 pet/ dog allowed. The house is a typical Trullo in the Puglia region, with its distinctive architecture. Please note: the kitchen and one of the 2 bathrooms have outside access to the house. Private: garden with plants, flowers and trees. In the house: central heating. Parking space n 4. Supermarket 800 m, sandy beach 25 km. "Il Trullo" is equipped with various cisterns. On arrival, they contain 2000 l of water, which is included in the price. Additional water consumption is charged extra.
