Rustic country house, surrounded by trees, 4 km from the centre of Ceglie, in a secluded, quiet position. 2-room house, renovated in 2007, simple furnishings: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and dining table. Kitchenette (4 hotplates). Shower/WC, shower/bidet/WC. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The 1st "Trullo" (typical stone house of Apulia) comprises a small living room, alcove with double bed, kitchenette and small bathroom with shower with no shower tray. The 2nd "Trullo" has a small living room, alcove with double bed and a small bathroom with shower/bidet/WC. Light is allowed in via a window door. Private: grounds 5'000 m2 with plants and trees. Garden furniture. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Shop 4 km, grocers 4 km, restaurant 4 km, sandy beach 15 km. Please note: car essential. Property comprising 2 "Trulli" (typical stone house of the region) 10 m from each other. The "Trulli" have an antique tiled floor and stone or chalk walls and are surrounded by pine trees, oaks and olive trees.
