The house boasts a typical Mediterranean style, where white furnishings and interiors beautifully match with light blue Venetian blinds. Air conditioning will guarantee you perfect night sleep in any temperature.

The ground floor of the house accommodates a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and kitchenware. After an abundant lunch, you may take a power nap on the sofa bed before enjoying an afternoon by the beach. At the end of the day, a refreshing shower is just what it takes to restore your energies.

The 2 separate bedrooms are on the first floor, one has a large double bed and the other one has 2 single beds. The latter opens onto a small panoramic balcony.

Casetta Mediterranea offers a perfect location to start discovering Salento, with its uncontaminated beaches and countryside.

Please note that 80 kW of electricity is included. Over 80 kW consumed, guests must pay 0.4 EUR per kW consumed.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site for a charge of 25 EUR per person. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: via Jonica 216, 73057 Marina di Mancaversa. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Casetta Mediterranea in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
