The Villa is located less than 1 Km from Santa Vittoria in Matenano and is within easy walking distance from its charming old village. home to various restuarants. shops and bars. The house is comfortably furnished and both from the pool and some windows are pleasant views of the countryside. The property has been carefully restored by its owners to a good standard and is perfect for a large family or group of friends wanting relaxation in a picturebook rural Marche.The furniture in the house is a pleasant mix of antique and more modern pieces and the house is quite light and has a soothing feel.Only setback. the house has just one bathroom but there is an external shower!
