The Tourist Residence offers direct access to its free private beach on the Adriatic Coast, 4 km from the centre of San Benedetto Del Tronto and 1 hour's drive from Ancona. All accommodation at this 6-storey building features a sea-view balcony. Parking and Wi-Fi in public areas are free. All apartments come with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. The guest rooms come with air conditioning. A sweet and savoury breakfast buffet is available daily at the snack bar. The beach of the Tourist is accessed via a large terrace and includes a beach volley court and a children's playground. Entertainment for children and adults is provided during summer.
