Rifugio Perugia byl postaven v roce 1929. Leží v nadmořské výšce 1200 metrů. Nachází se nad plošinou Piano Grande, 600 metrů od lyžařského střediska Forche Canapine. Rifugio byl kompletně zrekonstruován, při zachování původní racionalistické architektury. Nabízí kompaktní pokoje a noclehárny, všechny se společnou koupelnou. Perugia se nachází v obci Castelluccio di Norcia, na úpatí hory Vettore. Parkování je zdarma. Restaurace s barem podává místní kuchyni, včetně slavné místní čočky Castelluccio. Během léta je zahrada vybavena židlemi, slunečníky a stolky.
