This detached villa is on the south-eastern shore of Lake Como. You can enjoy beautiful. panoramic views from the terrace and garden. The villa is comfortably furnished. The private garden and terrace are ideal for enjoying outdoor dining. You can swim in the lake in front of the villa. You can also anchor a boat for short periods during the day. The villa is opposite the small town of Bellaggio which is well worth a visit. The delightful town of Varenna is around 2 km away. You can easily reach many charming old villages around the lake. The ferry will take you to Menaggio. Gravedona. Cernobbio. Como and more. The nearest shingle beach is 1 km away.Please note: Due to its position by the water the garden is unsuitable for children.
