Small apartment house. In the hamlet Carciano 1 km from the centre of Stresa, 3 km from the centre of Baveno, 400 m from the lake, located by a road. Public parking on the road. Grocers 200 m, restaurant 400 m, railway station "Stresa" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Cable car 500 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
