A residence with 7 apartments in a beautiful quiet location about 1 km from Lake Garda. The residence has been completely renovated and is located on a panoramic spot above the bay of Manerba in the centre close to the shops where it is bustling in the summer. The apartment has a beautiful view and simple and rustic. but tasteful furnishings.There is a communal swimming pool with a bar and a spacious terrace and a garden to relax in the sun. There is also a restaurant with Italian specialties and there is an option for morning breakfast. In July and August the street is closed each Tuesday evening for live music (from 17:00 to 24:00).
