This charming holiday home is built on the Northwest bank of Lake Como. in the town of Consiglio di Rumo. It was built recently and is made up of several apartments. The apartments are on the first or the second floor (80 m. on one level or on different levels). and have a view over the mountains. the lake or the village. The lake is 650 meters away (as the crow flies) or 1 km away (if you follow the road). At circa 100m you find one of the main roads around the lake. which is convenient to reach different towns. There are various amenities on offer - shops. bars and restaurants. either in the village itself or in nearby Gravedona (1.5 km away). You can practice various sporting and non-sporting activities close by: windsurfing. sailing. boat rentals. trekking. golf.
