Casa Sirio lies 10 km. north of Menaggio, at 1,5 km. above the town Cremia, where you will find a few nice restaurants directly at the water and some beaches. It concerns a brand new luxurious villa of which you will occupy the floor which lies on the ground floor on the street side, equipped with a lot of luxury such as a massage bath. The living room lies underneath a wooden roof, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Through glass opening doors you will enter the covered spacious terrace with garden furniture and a nice view at the lake and the mountains. You have access to a second terrace with a side view with garden furniture, and at the road- and also the mountain side a little garden with barbecue and a large balcony, so you can always choose whether you want to sit in the sun or not. Due to the lack of staircases and the spacious bathroom, this house is also suited for the disabled. The car can be parked opposite the house on the double parking space of the house.
