Small scale residence in the heart of Baveno within walking distance of the lake!The luxurious residence is the perfect location for a holiday on Lago Maggiore. as you are right on the boulevard and the marina. You ll also find plenty of shops and restaurants. and you ll never be bored during a holiday here. On the top floor there is a large sun terrace. where you can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. The apartment has modern and comfortable furnishings. The colourful details create atmosphere. From the living room. you look right out over Baveno and the lake. Baveno is a friendly town on the lake which is primarily known for the famous pink granite mined there. In the town there are many aristocratic villas which were previously owned by rich English people. This side of Lago Maggiore is known as the rich side by the Italians. There are many water sports available on the lake. and there are many stately locales such as Stresa (4 km) and Verbania (11 km).
