Located close to the main gateway to Fondotoce Nature Reserve, La Locanda Al Lago offers country-style rooms. It is a 5-minute walk from Lake Maggiore’s sandy beach. The colourful rooms have tiled floors, a flat-screen TV and bathroom with shower. Some rooms feature a balcony. The buffet breakfast consists of organic and home-grown products, including cereal, yoghurt, fresh bread and fruit, local cheese, cold cuts and jams. From La Locanda Al Lago, guests can follow the walking routes through the Nature Reserve, to Cavandone village. There is a bus stop just 15 metres away, that brings you to Verbania Train Station in 5 minutes.
