Situated on the edge of Sarzana near a through road. Excellently situated for visiting the Cinque Terre area at 30 km. The lovely town of Lerici at the Ligurian Seais at 9 km. Also a visit to Lucca (56 km). Pisa (58 km) or the beautiful Versilia coast is one of the possibilities. Of the two properties. one is under our contract (ground floor). The accommodation is of a good standard. Garden with garden furniture. Communal garden (450 m) with garden furniture. large dining table and barbeque.Specifics:There is a wooden baby bed in the bedroom with 2 single beds.The accommodation is best suitable for 4 adults and 1 baby. The entrance of the apartment has 3 steps.
