The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- The heating is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.

- A final cleaning is included in the price.

- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is not included in the price. Guests can rent it at the resort for the additional fee of EUR 6.50 for the Bed linen (initial supply), and EUR 3.50 for the Towels (initial supply).
