-A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival in cash for damages.

-pets are allowed (max. 1) free of charge.
-kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 2 EUR per night).
-wood is available for an additional cost of 60 EUR per m3.
-breakfast is possible for 5 EUR per person per night.
-miscellaneous: For rent cot 5 EUR per night; Bike rental 10 EUR per night; Use washing machine 4 EUR per wash; Optional extra cleaning 8 EUR per hour.
