This gite with its incredibly hospitable owner is spread over 102 acres between 370 and 870 meters above sea level. with about 50 acres of forest. At this height. you have a view over the beautiful Ligurian coast and the hill opposite you with binoculars from the terrace daily wild mouflon see! The simple but fully equipped apartment is located in the pristine valleys of the river Gromolo and under the peaks of the imposing Rocca Grande and Treggin. The internal dirt road is about 6 km (see pictures of environment in the gallery) Should your car this way can not drive then the homeowner can easily retrieve. He also likes the shopping for you so you trouble on your vacation does not have to take. The apartment is located in the forest. on the firzst floor in the main building.Simple restautant on the spot!

After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 250 will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
-Please note that mandatory final cleaning fee is not included in the price and for a stay of several weeks you will pay the indicated cleaning fee per week.
-Please note that bed linen, bath and kitchen towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
-Bed linen for rent (per packet): EUR 8 per person per stay (to order on arrival).
-Bath towels for rent: EUR 4 per person per stay.
-Kitchen towels for rent: EUR 2 per person per stay.
-Electricity fee is EUR 5 per night.
-Gas/oil fees: included (from May to Sept); EUR 6 per night (from Oct to Apr).
-Wood supply included.
-Max 1 pet allowed, free of charge (pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival).
