Featuring an outdoor pool, Villa Gardini is situated in a beautiful 3-hectare garden, close to the wine-producing community of Acqui Terme. The city’s hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. Apartments and suites come with antique furnishings and terracotta floors. Each offers satellite flat-screen TV and an equipped kitchenette. Some have a terrace and some have arched ceilings with frescoes. The Villa is an 18th-century building originally built for the noble family of Count Gardini. It is complete with a furnished sun terrace as well as a wine cellar, with the property’s own wine. Acqui’s centre, La Bollente fountain and the train station are 3.5 km from the villa. Trains connect with Genova, Asti and Alessandria. A bus stopping 3 km away, links with Genova, Asti and Barolo. Staff at the Gardini can organise excursions where you can visit vineyards and go mushroom-picking.
