Offering Italian cooking lessons and a vegetable garden, Borgo Fontanile has a peaceful countryside location just outside Baschi. It features a garden with BBQ, swimming pool and sun terrace. This traditional country house offers beautiful views of the Umbrian countryside. The rustic interiors include terracotta floors and oak-beamed ceilings. Each apartment includes a fireplace and either a garden or patio. Borgo Fontanile produces its own olive oil, wine, vinegar, meat and vegetables. You can sample all of these and more in the restaurant at dinner. A sweet and savoury breakfast is available each morning and includes homemade food. The swimming pool is open from May until September and has plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is also a terrace offering panoramic views and comfortable sofas. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided on site. Orvieto is 15 minutes' drive away, while Lake Corbara is 10 km away. Orvieto Train Station offers links to major Italian cities.
