Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required for damages.
Please also note that:
-pets are allowed (max. 1) for an additional cost of 6 EUR per night and will be only accepted if communicated before arrival (dogs must measure no more than 40 cm from the withers).
-kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
-bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 12 EUR per person/stay).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,60 EUR/kWh).
-the heating fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,50 EUR/hour).
-the air conditioning fee is not included in the apartment rate from 15 June - 15 September and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,50 EUR/hour).
-the owner reserves the right to demand a surplus cleaning charge from those caught breaking the rules.
-the interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
