The house has a private ground 1 ha (fenced), garden on different levels, 300 m2 with flowers, swimming pool with privacy (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, 01.05.-15.10.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, whirlpool, relaxation room, air conditioning, washing machine. Cook on request. Parking in the grounds. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 3 km, thermal baths "Bagni di San Filippo" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Castiglion d'Orcia, Pienza. The car is essential to reach the house . The electricity fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost 0,75 EUR/kWh).
The heating fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to the consumption on departure (cost 4,00 EUR m3)
