Is in the country house, surrounded by fields and vineyards, below Radicofani, in a sunny position on top of a hill, in the countryside. In the living room there is an open fireplace and satellite-TV. In the open kitchen there are 6 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and a micro wave. The house has a garden, a terrace with terrace furniture and a barbecue. As facilities there is a washing machine, mosquito net, children's highchair, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], free), IPod docking station. The house has a private ground 1 ha (fenced), garden on different levels, 300 m2 with flowers, swimming pool with privacy (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, 01.05.-15.10.). Shower/WC in the pool area, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, whirlpool, relaxation room, air conditioning, washing machine. Cook on request. Parking in the grounds. Grocers 3 km, restaurant 3 km, thermal baths "Bagni di San Filippo" 12 km. Nearby attractions: Castiglion d'Orcia, Pienza. The car is essential to reach the house . The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
The electricity fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost 0,75 EUR/kWh).
The heating fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to the consumption on departure (cost 4,00 EUR m3)
