Country house from the year 1400 in a quiet. green setting for a holiday in the sign of relax. There is a spacious living room with kitchen and fireplace. A spacious garden and wood is at your disposal. In summer you can enjoy picking your own fruit. From the terrace a magnificent view over the hills and the sea and on the other hand you see the Castle of Montefiore Conca. The house owner lives in the living area on the ground floor.At short distance from the sea (Cattolica. Riccione and Rimini) and San Marino and Urbino. The house is located a few minutes away from Montefiore Conca. Also Saludecio. Mondaino and Montegridolfo interesting medieval villages to visit.

-A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
-Bed linen are available for an additional cost of 15 EUR p.p./stay. If the tenant's stay is longer than one week linen package will be charged on a weekly bases.
-Kitchen linen and bath towels are included in the rental price when you rent a linen package.
-Please note that the gas/oil fee of 35 EUR/night (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
- Access the house you have to go through 400m of unpaved road.
