The house is located in the Valley of Tramazzo. with its vineyards and its fields.The apartment is on two floors. Inside the house there is the apartment of the owners and another apartment that is given for rent to tourists. but each with its own entrance. Ideal place to relax and to make long walks in nature.Also an ideal starting point to discover Romagna and Tuscany.Upon arrival you will find a complete linen package that is included in the price. If you stay longer than a week then a linen change is required (10 euros per person per week including towels).

Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 100 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
Please also note that:
-bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. If you stay longer than a week then a linen change is required (10 euros per person per week including towels).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 5 EUR per night).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 10 EUR per gasbottle).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 5 EUR per night).
-pets are allowed (max. 2) free of charge.
Miscellaneous optional charges: cot 10 EUR per stay, use of washing machine 5 EUR per wash, possibility of breakfast 4 EUR per person/night, possibility of lunch and dinner (to order upon arrival), possibility to order a ‘welcome basket’ of groceries 15 EUR per basket, extra cleaning € 12 € /hour.
