The owner. who is a marquis. has restored the hamlet s most beautiful houses and apartments with great care. They have been comfortably and traditionally furnished. The guests share the swimming pool and the attractive garden with its olive trees. colourful flowers and aromatic lavender. Leonardo da Vinci once painted a picture of the hamlet. You can enjoy many traditional trattorias with typical Tuscan food in the surrounding area. There are excellent paths through the nearby woods for walks and cycle trips. You can also enjoy interesting excursions to tranquil monasteries and historic castles.
