Beautiful chalet Lauretta is located at an elevation of 200 metres with a clear view in the hills of the Tiber Valley. The chalet is surrounded by 1 hectare of fully enclosed property. The chalet has a beautiful veranda with benches for enjoying the view. a swimming pool with lighting so you can also swim at night and have an outdoor shower. There is also a large barbeque and summer house with a kitchenette and a large dining table. The furnishings are simple and well maintained. The region offers plenty of possibilities because it is a region with a rich history. much culture and there are all kinds of events organized throughout the year. Within a radius of 30 km you will find the most beautiful spots in Tuscany and Umbria.
