Old farmhouse "Staffoli", renovated, surrounded by fields, 15 km from the centre of Siena, 80 km from the centre of Firenze, 40 km from the centre of Montalcino, in a quiet position on top of a hill. For shared use: grounds, swimming pool (7 x 14 m, depth 100 - 150 cm, 26.05.-29.09.). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking in the grounds. Grocers 4 km, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Arbia" 4 km, thermal baths 15 km.
