Set on a hillside 350 metres above sea level, Agriturismo Calagrana is in the Niccone Valley. It offers a salt-water pool, an organic Umbrian restaurant and rustic accommodation in stone farm buildings. Rooms at the Calagrana have exposed-beam ceilings and wood floors. Each comes with a private entrance and en suite bathroom, while the apartments also have a kitchenette. The daily breakfast at this family-run farmstay includes cappuccino or herbal tea and homemade fruit tarts. The restaurant serves local cuisine and pizza, using ingredients grown on the property. Lake Trasimeno is 25 km from the property. Assisi is a 70-minute drive away.
