It is suitable for up to four people. There are two double bedrooms with panoramic window, each room with shower, bidet and toilet and satellite-flat screen TV and air-conditioning. The open kitchen is with 4 hotplates, oven and dining table. 500 m long steep, narrow motor access 210 cm. Shop 500 m, restaurant, bar 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Colli di Fontanelle" 500 m, ferry "Sorrento" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Positano 8 km, Sorrento 4 km, Napoli 60 km, Pompei 30 km, Amalfi 30 km, Capri and Ischia Islands. Please note: car essential. Baby equipment on request (extra). The owner lives in the same grounds.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR (by credit card Visa/Mastercard) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
- Power costs is 0.80 EUR/kWh and the amount will be charged accordingly upon departure.
- Please call the Keyholder 3 days before your stay to arrange your time of arrival. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
