It is located 500 m from the centre of Sant'Agata sui due Golfi, 7 km from Massa Lubrense in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds 2'000 m2 with plants, flowers and trees, orchard. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace. Narrow motor access to 500 m from the house. Parking by the house. The property is a 1-room apartment 50 m2, on the ground floor, rustic and cosy furnishings: 1 double bedroom 25 m2 with gas heating and exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Large terrace with furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2) and panoramic view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. Reserved parking space n 1 by the house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Grocers, restaurant, bar, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sorrento" 9 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds. At its narrowest point, the drive to the house is 1.8 m wide.
