This villa boasts an approximately 100 square meters terrace and a swimming pool with sea view. Thanks to the large glass it is possible from nearly every part of the villa to enjoy the amazing landscape that the majestic Vesuvius and the blue skies of the Naples Bay provide. On the main level of this terrace you will find everything you might need for spending your relaxing hours tables. deck-chairs. sunshades. and the 22 square meters swimming pool is on the next level. White as dominant colour. first class materials. fully equipped rooms and sober common areas characterize this villa.Upon entering the park you will arrive directly to the parking lot (with place for two cars) from where staircase (about 20 steps) lead to the main entrance. After the hall. there is a small. well-hidden toilet on the left.From the hall as well. you will get to the first living room of splendid panoramic view where you can have a nice rest on the L-shaped sofa.From the living room. taking an internal winding staircase. you can get either to one twin bedroom or to the terrace with swimming pool and sea view.
