A comfortable and spacious apartment just outside Ravello. It stands in an enviable and peaceful setting with stunning views of verdant. terraced lemon groves and vineyards cut into the rocks which slope down to the coastline with Maiori and Minori bays below. This independent villa is quite modern and is on 2 floors. It is reached by descending 120 steps from the road and through a pretty garden and paved terrace which extends around the house. The owners occasionally occupy the apartment on the first level during the summer week-ends while the property for rent is on the ground level.The interior is simple but comfortable and well equipped for holiday use. It offers accommodation for a family. or three couples who want to enjoy the warmth and charm of this magical village. A Tuesday morning market takes place just below the picturesque central square. Villa Rufolo. with its Moorish cloisters. exotic Mediterranean flora and vista terraces. is also host to one of Italy’s premier open-air music festivals.The large furnished terrace with its wicker armchairs and French door to the front make it a fine extra room for dining. relaxing and enjoying the astonishing views.
