Located on the waters edge of the Amalfi Coast. between Amalfi and the pretty town of Minori. in an area called Marmorata. below the mediaeval town of Ravello.It combines an exclusive waterside position and the proximity to Ravello. where all the musical and cultural events are held. This beautiful residence belongs to an old aristocratic family it has that special charm and character typical of period homes with a rich history background. The whole villa is a restored paper mill that was converted long time ago. like many others in the area. into two large private apartments which can also be rented separately. The views from the house are magnificent the water is just below the property. which has its private access to the sea and three private and large terraces. equipped with lounge chairs . sun umbrellas etc.The rooms have majolica tiled floors with high arched ceilings.
