'Ulivi' is an elegant country house. The sandy beaches of the Adriatic Sea are just thirty minutes away. The wonderful Gran Sasso & Monti della Laga National Park is even closer at ten minutes away. The country house has two entrances. The first entrance is on a small road with olive and fruit trees. The other entrance can only be used on foot. The main entrance is between two gardens. One garden has bay, lavender and rosemary and on the other has roses. The spacious terrace is perfect for outdoor dining. The house is attractively appointed and has a large open fireplace and rustic furniture. There are attractive hand made Cotto tiles in the living room. Guests may pick figs, plums, cherries, pears and apples from the many fruit trees.
