This B&B is set in an 1870s building is by central Reydarfjordur’s harbour, 15 minutes’ walk from the Icelandic World War II Museum. Free Wi-Fi and parking is included. Taergesen’s simple rooms have a radio, hairdryer and either private or shared bathrooms. Some rooms are located in an annex and feature a private entrance and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The restaurant offers traditional Icelandic specialities such as smoked leg of lamb. Pizzas and hamburgers are also available. A continental breakfast is served daily. Eskifjordur’s geothermal outdoor swimming pool is within 15 minutes’ drive. Egilstadir Airport is 32 km from Taergesen Bed & Breakfast.
