An Icelandic classic stone cottage with a great feel to it, this is just like an Icelandic country home in the city of Reykjavik. While being a stone building, it's one of the oldest houses in the capital and is situated in a beautiful part of the historic town. Only a 5-minute walk from the city center (Laugavegur shopping street, museums, pubs etc), it’s an ideal location for enjoying the charm of Iceland along with the convenience of the city. Everything has been renovated in the house so water pipes, electricity, heating, and furniture are all in perfect condition. The main shopping street, cafes, museums, restaurants, pubs and embassies in Reykjavik city center are within short walking distance, so nothing is ever far away. A supermarket open around the clock is also nearby.
