Loughcarrig House is a Georgian property situated on the eastern shore of Cork Harbour. Ample free parking is provided, as well as a guest lounge with cable TV and spacious gardens. Shops, pubs, a cinema and restaurants can be found in the town of Midleton, which is a 5-minute drive away. An en suite bathroom is provided in each room at Loughcarrig, as well as views onto the surrounding water and woodland. A hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities are also included. A full Irish breakfast including locally sourced ingredients is served each morning, and special dietary requirements are catered for. The Jameson Irish Whisky Distillery is a 10-minute drive away and offer tours and whisky tasting. Sea angling and freshwater fishing can be arranged by Loughcarrig’s owners, and Garryvoe Blue Flag beach is a 20-minute drive away.
