Old single-family house "Patte de Loup", renovated in 2002. Outside the resort, 22 km from the sea, 22 km from the beach, located by a road, in the countryside. Private: park 5'000 m2 (fenced). Parking in the grounds. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 2 km, sandy beach 22 km. Golf course 8 km, tennis 800 m, riding stables 6 km. Please note: car essential. The garden is bordered by a river (no fences), it includes fruit trees (cherry, plums, apples).
